CHRIS SLOAN
Chris represents emerging growth companies (i.e. start-ups and early stage companies), often (but not always) in technology or internet-related businesses. He is also an IP/IT lawyer and work with a variety of software, ASP, SAAS, mobile content, and similar companies, as well as advising many of our brick-and-mortar clients on IP/IT issues. Chris’ strength is my ability to give efficient, practical advice in context. He wants his clients to consider him not just an attorney, but a trusted advisor.
