A Unique experience for investors
At Startup Mountain summit, investors spend their time connecting with startups, not sorting through the crowd.
We make that happen for you in two ways: through our Investor Pitch Book, and our investor-centered Pitch Night event.
Investor Pitch Book
Before the event, we source the most important information from fundraising Startups (i.e. Problem, industry, solution, team, etc.).
Then, we compile it into a searchable spreadsheet and our printed Investor Pitch Book. All information is categorized so Investors can find the perfect matches.
Pitch Night
At Pitch Night, we invite 5 of the most interesting startups to pitch their company in 5 minutes or less. We also invite a few new investment funds to pitch. Then we break out into a booth style showcase event.
Investor VIP Perks
Investors receive special perks at Startup Mountain:
- private area for 1:1 connections with potential startups
- exclusive lounge area for investors and venture funds
- dedicated volunteers to provide you with drinks, snacks, and access to the staff you need during the event

Meet the Organizers
FoundersForge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Northeast Tennessee that believes in the underdog entrepreneurs of the Appalachian Highlands and in helping them on their startup journeys.
A diverse group of entrepreneurs came together to launch FoundersForge and we continue to be an independent entrepreneur led organization. Our focus is on providing startup community events, 1-on-1 coaching, and other impactful programming to our region’s entrepreneurs and beyond.
