Ticketholders at all levels are expected to abide by the code of conduct. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the pass/ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venues, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.

Ticketholders consent to Startup Mountain Summit and its affiliates’ use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, recording, and/or other content captured at the event.

REFUNDS: All sales are final and Startup Mountain Summit will not offer any refunds. If you have purchased a pass and are unable to attend, you may transfer your pass at any time to another person by contacting us.

Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, our boutique replica property pays homage to its to namesake “Carnegie Hotel”, first opened in Johnson City, September 27th, 1891 and standing 19 years before succumbing to fire April 3rd, 1910. Traditional décor, charming ambiance, and dedicated staff offer a unique experience of a by gone era; accompanied by all the modern amenities today’s travelers have come to expect.

The Carnegie is less than a minute walk to the venue, next to food, and minutes from the downtown Johnson City brewery scene.
