The Startup Mountain Summit team has been keeping a close eye on the weather for Thursday night’s kickoff event, The Pitch.
With colder temperatures expected, we’ve decided to move The Pitch from the TVA Credit Union Stadium
to the ETSU Brinkley Center (same venue as the Friday & Saturday summit sessions).
The Pitch will still take place from 6–8 PM, with the Public Pitch corner and registration starting at 5:30PM.

Brad Feld is a founder, entrepreneur, author, and community builder with over 35 years of experience. His work has helped shape startup ecosystems around the world and provided thousands of founders with the resources, mentorship, and investment they need to grow.
He’s best known as the co-founder of Techstars, a global accelerator and mentorship network for tech entrepreneurs, and as a partner at the venture capital firm Foundry.
Brad’s latest book, Give First: The Power of Mentorship, was just released—and free copies will be available to attendees at the Startup Mountain Summit.
Brad will be giving a virtual keynote on the last day of the Summit, Nov. 8th.
